Current Status

Our daily gas intake from GSPC is average 90,000 scm par day. We are also operating CSPC-GNG station and filling gas in average 2700 Auto rixa and 600 cars. Our daily CNG sales is 13000 Kgs. This has made Anand and surrounding enviroment clean and pollution free.

At present our main PNG users are nearly 13000 domestic customers, 120 Industrial customers, more than 370 commercial customers, all education institution of Vallabh Vidyanagar, laboratories, student's hostels and trusts.

Further we are expanding our City Gas Distribution network in urban and rural area also.

So far we have covered almost 12 villages and Anand city in City Gas Distribution network for providing PNG. Also we are planning to cover more and more villages of Anand district.

Charotar Gas has commissioned a CNG Storage and Filling Station under franchisee agreement with GSPC Gas Co., in year 2008. It is filling CNG in more than 3300 vehicles (nearly 2700 Auto Rickshaws and 600 Cars) daily. It is one of the best options to serve the people and also help decreasing pollution level in area.

Our latest turnover for year 2010-11 was 55 Crores.

Charotar Gas has received appreciation letters from public, customers and Govt. Agencies.

The Entity being in co-operative sector works with limited man power and we are committed to comply with all the compliance for PNGRB technical and safety regulations for our CGD network. Our top management also takes keen interest in day to day O & M activities including design, construction and commissioning of the existing network and we have ensured the quality and safety compliances.
